To add to this...

use this for your "/foo/bar/":

@ReplaceSubstring(@ReplicaID;":";"")

This will give you a link that looks something like this:

http://yourdomain/12312312312313/

where "123..." is the replica ID of your application.

This will allow you to move the database from folder to folder (or have the database on multiple servers in seperate locations) without having to change anything around!
